Friends and family want to help you, but oftentimes don't know how.  That's why GriefShare was started, by people who have experienced grief, understand how you feel and have learned to rebuild their lives.

Weekly Meetings

We hope you begin to see your group as an "oasis" on your journey through grief.  Each meeting includes a video (featuring grief recovery experts), group discussion and workbook (for journaling and personal study).

Seminar Topics

Topics include: Is This Normal?, Challenges of Grief, The Journey of Grief, Grief and Your Relationships, Why?, Guilt and Anger, Complicating Factors, Stuck, Lessons of Grief, Heaven, and What Do I Live for Now? 

What if I can't make it to a meeting?

You are welcome to begin attending our GriefShare group at any point.  Each session stands alone, so you don't have to attend in sequence.
