Weekly Meetings
We hope you begin to see your group as an "oasis" on your journey through grief. Each meeting includes a video (featuring grief recovery experts), group discussion and workbook (for journaling and personal study).
Seminar Topics
Topics include: Is This Normal?, Challenges of Grief, The Journey of Grief, Grief and Your Relationships, Why?, Guilt and Anger, Complicating Factors, Stuck, Lessons of Grief, Heaven, and What Do I Live for Now?
What if I can't make it to a meeting?
You are welcome to begin attending our GriefShare group at any point. GriefShare is a 13-week program. Each session stands alone, so you don't have to attend in sequence.

Surviving the Holidays Seminar
